As the Controller for Venture Homes, I manage all financial operations while supporting our team in bringing projects to life. I’ve always loved building — from childhood projects to a college job in remodeling — and eventually found the perfect way to blend that passion with my finance degree.
What I enjoy most about this industry is watching a home transform from an empty lot into a place where families will make lasting memories.
Outside of work, you’ll find me watching football, gaming, or out on the water boating and relaxing at the beach. Most of all, I love spending time with my wife and son.
I’ve been proud to be part of the Venture team for the past year and look forward to many more!
Vicky Hutchins
As the Office Manager for Venture Homes, I work with the clients and sub-contractors in keeping track of documentation and budgets, county permitting, submitting to ARC’s and ensuring smooth project flow from planning to completion.
I find the most fulfilling part of the new build process is working as a team to create a
home…from the site prep to the framework, to the finishing touches and ultimately
handing over the keys to the homeowner.
I spend my free time with my family, traveling and gardening.
